It was my great honor to declare Sunday, May 11 as "B.B. King Day" in the City of Richmond in honor of the King of Blues appearing at the Landmark Theater last night.

The performance was preceded with the presentation of the proclamation by Chief Administrative Officer Sheila Hill-Christian on stage with Mr. King.
